Boards

Boards: Swipe the top strip: Chase · Money · Sense · Stock · Report · Bay. Tap Arrange (or long-press a tab) to reorder.
Chase: Tonight's pull list — vans that need shop attention. Default board.
Money: Made = Hermont billed $ from Job Log WOs (7d / 14d / 30d / custom dates). Due on lot = open pipeline stacks still to pull.
Report: Default Slack Canvas (All DMW2 · last night) for shop paste, or switch to WhatsApp DSP for station chats. Refresh → Copy. Job Log only — no $, no job #s.
Sense: Opens on Needs you. Swipe the chip strip for Needs · Follow-ups · Tasks · Collect · FOSS next · Pull. Tap Arrange (or long-press a chip) to reorder.
Stock: Barcode inventory — scan parts in/out. Shop admins get inbound, catalog, Apply & Recon.
Bay: Ops tools — jump chips to Sync / Packing / Scoreboard / Tires / Follow-ups (opens Sense). Sync pulls Hermont → Sheet + QB invoices.
Admin: Lead gear (top bar) — turn features on/off for the whole shop, or per Telegram user. Stored on the server; no .env edits.

Theme

Dark by default — switch to Light for daytime. Saved on this phone.

Font pack

Try type faces live — saved on this phone until you lock a shop default.

Stock

Live on-hand ledger (not the Google Sheet by itself). Scan or type a code → Use (out) or Receive (in).

Inbound / Outbound: Admins see both. Techs are outbound-only (installing a part).
Scan: Camera waits for 2 matching reads so half-barcodes don't lock in. Hold steady if you see “Hold steady… 1/2”.
New item: Unknown code opens New stock item. Wrong read? Tap Wrong barcode — rescan on that sheet (no Cancel → Scan again).
Low: Only items at or under their low count.
Kind chips: Filter All / Tires / Brakes / Fluids / … Tires group by brand.
Moves: Recent in/out history (filter by day / van / kind).
Requests: Admin: unknown codes techs asked to add. Create opens New item with that code; Done when catalogued.
Apply: Admin: paid Parts Purchases lines → one-tap Receive into stock (creates the SKU if needed, stamps Sheet “Stock applied”). Skips $0 lines.
Recon: Admin: scan on-hand vs bot bought−used. Matched rows: Set to bot / Receive Δ / Use Δ.
Count: Admin cycle count — tap an item, enter shelf qty, set absolute on-hand.
Undo: After Receive/Use, an Undo bar stays ~60s to flip the last move.
Edit / Delete: Admins: open an item → Set count / edit, or Delete. Same product won't re-split — tire brand+size and part # are deduped.
Access: Admin: shop Telegram group can use Stock outbound without manual user IDs.

Follow-ups vs Reminders vs Pins

Follow-ups: Bay work threads — waiting on part, hold, ready, notes. Notepad icon under the fee = quick add (same list as van → Follow-ups). Sense hub too.
Tasks: Short sticky TODOs (“torque LF”, “chase FOSS”). Sense → Tasks, or clock icon on the van card. Me or Shop · optional due · Telegram nudge. Not the same as Follow-ups.
Bay pins: Shared with the whole shop — pin from van Tools. Everyone sees the same strip. Tap opens van; long-press unpins.

Van card

Tap any van to open the sheet. That's the real workspace.

Due: Services due this visit + Parts gate / Waiting lineup.
Plan: Upcoming / planning view.
PM: Preventative maintenance + AI PM packages.
Jobs: Recent work + log job (Save).
Follow-ups: This van's open threads — add, note, Done / close.
Net: Offline history network (load on demand).
FOSS: Copy-ready FOSS drafts for due services.
Tools: Log work · Canvas (Save → Slack report) + shift note, pin, reminders.

Set km enters dash odometer and re-runs AI history. Pull the sheet down from the gold handle (or from the top of the card) to dismiss — flick also works. Back closes too.

Clocks & rails

Each row shows Shop — Pattern clocks. Left gold/red rail = severity (ok / hot / overdue). Pill on the right is why the van is here (Shop, Pattern, Both, AI PM, ODO).

Chase tools

Filter: Pull-by, sort, Parts gate, Waiting on, copy pull sheet, walk filtered / saved lineup, compare.
DSP chips: Narrow the list to a station. Search icon on the board finds vans in that list.
Global search: Top bar — van, VIN, or plate. Suggestions appear as you type.
Bay walk: From Filter → Walk. Step vans with ‹︎ ›︎. Exit (✕︎), Back, or switch tabs to leave walk.
Bay pins: Shared shop lineup — pin from Tools. Tap opens van; long-press unpins for everyone.

Money vs Bay $

Made = real Hermont Services $ for Job Log work in the date window (not estimates). Due on lot = canned FOSS stack fees still open. Bay → Scoreboard uses the same Made window.

Sense Pull

Enter label / VIN / plate. The bar advances only when the server reports stages (lookup → AI session → history → PM → Done) — not a fake timer.

Feel

Motion and haptics: open Telegram's gear (Settings) on this Mini App — Motion Full/Chill, Density, Haptics. Chill / reduced-motion turns theater FX off; the board stays fully usable.

Haptics: Tick = filter/seg — Tap = row/close — Open = van sheet — Press = Set km / FOSS commit / Stock rescan.
